We chose APS after a thorough and detailed ‘tender’ process because we could tell at an early stage the level of professionalism and customer care we were signing up to. A year has passed and I can safely say our trust was not misplaced. Their office staff are efficient, the engineers are polite, knowledgeable and are willing to support our branches with ad-hoc training when it is required. The working relationship between our two companies is the best we could hope for in terms of understanding each other’s requirements and limitations.
