APS are extremely pleased to have secured the fire and security systems for a fast track fit out project.
The project value is in excess of £2.0m for a blue chip client.
The property is an existing detached warehouse located on a Business Park in Leicester. The building has a total area of approx. 2,400m sq APS will be responsible for the design of an L1 addressable fire system utilising an air aspirating system throughout the roof void.
